Schoolme is a student-first education advisory platform designed to help prospective university students make smarter, more informed decisions before they apply or enroll.
Whether you're fresh out of secondary school or exploring new opportunities, Schoolme offers personalized tools and guidance to help you navigate your journey into higher education.
Many students struggle to find accurate, personalized information about university requirements, career paths, and course options before applying. There’s often no single platform that helps them check their eligibility, get career advice, view admission requirements, or compare courses and tuition fees across schools.
Schoolme was built to bridge that gap giving students a one-stop solution to make informed decisions before applying to any university.
As the product designer on this project, I was responsible for creating a consistent and user-friendly experience across both the student and admin platforms. I designed the design system and style guide to ensure visual consistency, scalability, and easy collaboration with developers.
I also worked extensively on the admin dashboard, including screens for user management, filled/unfilled application states, modals, and error states (such as when a user hasn’t completed their profile). My focus was on making the platform intuitive for admins while ensuring that students received clear guidance through every step of the onboarding and application process.
