In just two weeks, I led the full design process to deliver a clean, user-focused experience. I balanced research, strategy, and fast execution to keep the project moving without losing creativity

Here’s how I approached it:

Empathize: I started with competitive research and empathy mapping to understand what users needed, what frustrated them, and what goals they were trying to reach.

Define:Using those insights, I created detailed user personas and mapped out key features and user journeys to set clear priorities for the product.

Ideate: I sketched ideas on paper, built out user flows, and quickly put together low-fidelity wireframes to test different directions early on.

Design: Once we locked in the direction, I created high-fidelity designs, an interactive prototype, and a full style guide, covering colors, typography, and iconography, to keep everything consistent.

Test: After designing, I ran usability tests, gathered feedback, and made improvements to polish the experience even more.

By following this process, I helped turn rough ideas into a functional, polished product that stayed centered on real user needs.
